Season the chicken breast with salt and pepper, then add it to the pan. Cook for about 5 minutes on each side, or until cooked through. 4. Brush the gochujang glaze over the chicken during the last couple of minutes of cooking. 5. Remove the chicken from the pan and let it rest for a minute before slicing. 6.
