Steps
1. Heat the oil in a pan over medium heat.
2. Add cumin and mustard seeds, and let them splutter.
3. Stir in the cubed potatoes and sauté for about 5 minutes until slightly golden.
4. Add turmeric, red chili powder, and salt. Mix well to coat the potatoes.
5. Cover and cook for another 10-12 minutes, stirring occasionally, until potatoes are tender.
6. Sprinkle garam masala and mix well.
7. Garnish with fresh cilantro before serving.
