Spicy Peanut Chicken Curry

Steps

1. Marinate chicken breast with chilli powder, turmeric, salt, and curd for 30 minutes. 2. Heat oil in a pan, add bay leaves and green chilli. 3. Add marinated chicken and cook until browned. 4. Grind peanuts into a coarse powder and add to the chicken. 5. Cook until chicken is tender and the curry thickens. 6. Serve hot with rice or naan.
