Vegetable Egg Fritters

A crispy and flavorful fritter made with eggs, maida, rice flour, onion, and tomato.

Steps

1. In a bowl, beat the egg and mix in maida, rice flour, chopped onion, diced tomato, salt, and pepper. 2. Heat oil in a pan. 3. Drop spoonfuls of the egg mixture into the hot oil. 4. Fry until golden brown and crispy on both sides. 5. Remove from the oil and place on a paper towel to drain excess oil. 6. Serve hot with ketchup or chutney.
