Steps

2. In a skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the diced apple and a pinch of salt, cooking until softened and caramelized, about 5-7 minutes.
3. Arrange baguette slices on a baking sheet and top each slice with a slice of Brie cheese.
4. Bake in the oven for about 5-7 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
5. Remove from the oven, top with the caramelized apples, and drizzle with honey.
6. Sprinkle with fresh thyme before serving.
