Steps
1. In a food processor, combine the pumpkin puree, tahini, olive oil, maple syrup, pumpkin spice, garlic powder, and lemon juice.
2. Blend until smooth, scraping down the sides as needed.
3. Taste and adjust salt as desired.
4. Transfer to a serving bowl and drizzle with additional olive oil if desired.
5. Serve with warm pita chips and fresh veggies.
