Steps

1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. 2. In a large bowl, combine the frozen cauliflower and peas. Microwave for 2-3 minutes until thawed, then drain any excess moisture. 3. Add aquafaba, chickpea flour, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper to the bowl. Mix until well combined. 4. Shape the mixture into small fritters and place them on the prepared baking sheet. 5. Brush the tops lightly with olive oil. 6. Bake for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy. 7. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly. Garnish with fresh herbs if desired before serving.
