Steps

1. Rinse the blueberries and blackberries under cold water. 2. Pit the dates if not already pitted. 3. In a blender, combine blueberries, blackberries, dates, and coconut water. 4. Add Greek yogurt for a creamier texture, if desired. 5. Add a few ice cubes if you prefer a chilled smoothie. 6. Blend until smooth and creamy. 7. Pour into a glass and serve immediately.
