
Steps
- In a shallow bowl, whisk together the egg, milk, vanilla extract, and salt until well combined.
- Spread chocolate spread generously between the two slices of bread to make a sandwich.
- Dip each side of the sandwich into the egg mixture, allowing it to soak for a few seconds.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and add a little butter.
- Cook the sandwich for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and crispy.
- Remove from skillet, slice in half, and serve warm.
