Steps
1. Melt the dark chocolate gently in a microwave or double boiler until smooth.
2. In a bowl, whisk the egg and milk together until well combined.
3. Heat half the butter in a pan over medium heat.
4. Dip each slice of gluten-free bread into the egg mixture, soaking both sides.
5. Place the soaked bread slices in the heated pan and cook until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes per side.
6. Spread the melted chocolate evenly over one side of each toast while still warm.
7. Top with the remaining butter to melt slightly into the chocolate.
8. Optionally, sprinkle with powdered sugar before serving warm.
