Steps of Preparation:
1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
2. In a medium-sized bowl, mix together pureed or finely chopped broccoli, grated carrots, cheese, and corn until just combined.
3. Add curry and seasonings, mix until all ingredients are evenly distributed.
4. Using a tablespoon, shape the mixture into bite-sized balls and arrange on a baking sheet.
5. Bake for 10-15 minutes, or until golden and crisp. Enjoy!
