Steps
1. Preheat the oven to 375°F.
2. Place the potato wedges onto a baking tray and sprinkle lightly with salt. Bake for 20 minutes or until golden and crispy.
3. Mix ketchup and chopped peppers together in a small bowl to make the dip.
4. Remove the pommes frites from the oven, then top with grated cheese and bake for a further 5 minutes until cheese is melted.
5. Serve the cheese pommes frites with the ketchup dip.
