Steps
1. Start by mashing the banana in a bowl until it forms a smooth paste.
2. In another bowl, whisk the eggs, salt and olive oil together.
3. Add the mashed banana to the egg mixture and mix together until combined.
4. Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat.
5. Add the egg-banana mixture to the pan and spread evenly.
6. Cook for about 3 minutes or until the edges start to brown.
7. Flip the omelette and cook for another 2 minutes until it is fully cooked.
