Steps
1. Begin boiling a pot of water and once it reaches boiling, add macaroni.
2. Cook for about 5 minutes until Macaroni is al dente. Strain and set aside.
3. On a separate pot, melt butter and add garlic stirring for 1 minute until fragrant.
4. Pour in milk and add cheese. Stir until cheese melts and fully mixes in with the milk.
5. Add macaroni and parsley. Stir until everything is fully mixed.
6. Serve and enjoy!
