Steps
1. Peel the potatoes, grate them to small pieces and place in a bowl.
2. Add cheese, garlic, and chives and season with salt and pepper. Mix well.
3. Heat 2 tbsp. of oil on the pan and, with your hands, form small potato pancakes.
4. Fry them until golden brown.
5. Heat 1 tbsp. of oil and fry the pancakes from the other side until they are done.
6. Serve hot.
