1. Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C). 2. Cut the pork belly into bite-sized cubes. 3. In a bowl, mix salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. 4. Rub the spice mixture onto the pork belly cubes. 5. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. 6. Fry the pork belly cubes until golden and crispy. 7. Transfer the cubes to a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes. 8. Serve hot and enjoy!
