Steps
1. Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
2. Add minced garlic and grated ginger, sauté until fragrant.
3. Add sliced onions and bell peppers, stir-fry until slightly caramelized.
4. Push the vegetables to the side of the pan and add the sliced chicken breast.
5. Cook the chicken until no longer pink, then mix with the vegetables.
6. Season with salt, pepper, and Arabic spices if desired.
7. Cook for another 2-3 minutes until everything is well combined.
