Steps
1. Season the chicken breast with salt and pepper. Grill or pan-fry until cooked through.
2. In a separate pan, saute the sliced onions, peppers, and mushrooms until tender.
3. Mix the ingredients for the sauce in a small bowl.
4. Toast the burger bun.
5. Assemble the burger: Place lettuce on the bottom bun, followed by the grilled chicken, sauteed vegetables, sauce, and the top bun.
Optional side recipe:
1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
2. Cut the potato into wedges and place them on a baking sheet.
3. Drizzle with olive oil, then season with paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
4. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until crispy and golden brown.
