Steps
1. In a bowl, mix the olive oil, minced garlic, oregano, thyme, lemon juice, salt, and pepper to create a marinade.
2. Add the chicken breast to the marinade, coating it well. Let it marinate for at least 15 minutes.
3. Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook the marinated chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until cooked through and golden brown.
4. In the same skillet, add the cooked rice and stir it around to absorb the flavors left in the pan for about 2 minutes.
5. Serve the chicken on top of the garlic rice and garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
