
Steps
- Preheat a grill or stovetop grill pan over medium heat.
- Rub the chicken breast with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Grill the chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked. Let it rest for a few minutes, then slice it.
- Lay the whole wheat tortilla flat and spread the Greek yogurt or ranch dressing over it.
- Layer the mixed greens, sliced grilled chicken, and dill pickles on top.
- Roll the tortilla tightly, tucking in the sides as you go to secure the filling.
- Slice in half and serve immediately.
