Steps
1. Preheat a grill or stovetop grill pan over medium heat.
2. Rub the chicken breast with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
3. Grill the chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked. Let it rest for a few minutes, then slice it.
4. Lay the whole wheat tortilla flat and spread the Greek yogurt or ranch dressing over it.
5. Layer the mixed greens, sliced grilled chicken, and dill pickles on top.
6. Roll the tortilla tightly, tucking in the sides as you go to secure the filling.
7. Slice in half and serve immediately.
