Steps
Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente, then drain and set aside.
In a bowl, whisk together the egg and oat milk, adding salt and pepper to taste.
In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat and sauté the minced garlic until fragrant, about 1 minute.
Add the diced ham and sausage to the skillet, cooking for another 2-3 minutes until heated through.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked pasta, sautéed ham and sausage, and the egg mixture. Stir in the grated cheese.
Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish, dot with butter, and sprinkle a little more cheese on top.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until the top is golden and the egg is set.
Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
