
Steps
- In a pot, heat the sesame oil over medium heat.
- Add the chicken breast, season with salt and pepper, and cook until golden brown, about 5-7 minutes. Remove and slice.
- In the same pot, add the chicken broth and bring to a simmer.
- Add the ramen noodles and cook according to package instructions, usually about 3-4 minutes.
- In the last minute of cooking, add the bok choy and sliced chicken to the pot.
- Stir in the soy sauce and remove from heat.
- Serve in a bowl topped with a boiled egg, chopped green onion, and chili flakes if desired.

- 100g chicken breast
- 1 pack of instant ramen noodles
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 green onion, chopped
- 1/2 cup bok choy, chopped
- 1 boiled egg
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: chili flakes for spice
