Steps
1. In a pot, heat the sesame oil over medium heat.
2. Add the chicken breast, season with salt and pepper, and cook until golden brown, about 5-7 minutes. Remove and slice.
3. In the same pot, add the chicken broth and bring to a simmer.
4. Add the ramen noodles and cook according to package instructions, usually about 3-4 minutes.
5. In the last minute of cooking, add the bok choy and sliced chicken to the pot.
6. Stir in the soy sauce and remove from heat.
7. Serve in a bowl topped with a boiled egg, chopped green onion, and chili flakes if desired.
