Steps

3. Add the bok choy and cook for 2-3 minutes until wilted.
4. Cook the ramen noodles according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
5. Divide the noodles into a bowl and pour the hot broth and vegetables over them.
6. Halve the soft-boiled egg and place on top of the ramen.
7. Garnish with sliced green onions and sesame seeds, then season with salt and pepper to taste.
