Steps
1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
2. In a skillet, heat the oil over medium heat and add the ground meat. Cook until browned, seasoning with salt and pepper.
3. In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, and herbs until well combined.
4. In a greased baking dish, layer the cooked meat and pour the egg mixture on top.
5. If using, sprinkle cheese over the top.
6. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the eggs are set and slightly golden.
7. Let cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
