
Steps
- In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
- Add the ground beef and season it with coffee, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Cook until browned and fully cooked, about 7-10 minutes.
- While the beef is cooking, boil an egg in water for about 10 minutes, then cool, peel, and slice.
- In a bowl, combine the mixed salad greens, diced avocado, and black beans.
- Once the beef is cooked, let it cool slightly, then add it to the salad bowl.
- Drizzle with lime juice and toss gently to combine.
- Top with sliced hard-boiled egg before serving.
