Steps
1. Cook soba noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

3. In a pan, sauté cubed tofu until crispy.
4. Add the cooked soba noodles to the pan with the tofu.
5. Pour the sauce over the noodles and tofu, tossing to combine.
6. Serve the sesame soba noodles topped with sesame seeds and chopped green onions.
