Sesame Soba Noodles with Tofu

A delicious and nutritious dish featuring savory soba noodles in a sesame-flavored sauce with crispy tofu.

Steps

1. Cook soba noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside. 2. In a bowl, mix together soy sauce, sesame oil, rice vinegar, honey, garlic, and ginger. 3. In a pan, sauté cubed tofu until crispy. 4. Add the cooked soba noodles to the pan with the tofu. 5. Pour the sauce over the noodles and tofu, tossing to combine. 6. Serve the sesame soba noodles topped with sesame seeds and chopped green onions.
