1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). 2. In a bowl, mix the finely chopped nuts, sugar, and cinnamon together. 3. Take one sheet of phyllo dough and brush it lightly with melted butter. 4. Sprinkle half the nut mixture evenly over the phyllo dough. 5. Place the second sheet of phyllo on top and brush it with more melted butter. 6. Fold the dough in half and cut it into small squares or diamond shapes. 7. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown. 8. While baking, combine honey and water in a saucepan over low heat until melted. 9. Once the baklava is done, pour the honey mixture over the hot baklava and allow it to soak for 10 minutes before serving.
