Chicken Sandwich

This American-style Chicken Sandwich is both tasty and healthy! Serve these flavorful sandwiches with a salad on the side for a quick lunch or dinner.

Steps

1. Preheat the oven to 400°F. Place the chicken breast on a baking sheet and season with salt and pepper. Drizzle with 1 tablespoon olive oil and bake the chicken for 25-30 minutes. 2. Toast the bread slices lightly in a toaster. 3. In a small bowl combine the remaining tablespoon of olive oil with the mustard to make a dressing. 4. Cut the cooked chicken breast into thin slices and layer onto one of the slices of toast. 5. Top the chicken with two slices of tomato, lettuce leaves, and mozzarella cheese. Drizzle the dressing over the sandwich and top with the remaining slice of toast. 6. Serve immediately!
