1. Thaw the frozen sausage and cut into bite-sized pieces. 2. Steam the broccoli florets until tender, about 5 minutes. 3. In a small bowl, whisk the egg with milk, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. 4. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the sausage pieces and cook until lightly browned. 5.
