Steps
1. Marinate the chicken breast in buttermilk for at least 30 minutes.
2. In a bowl, mix the flour, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
3. Remove the chicken from the buttermilk and coat it with the flour mixture.
4. In a separate bowl, combine the cheddar and mozzarella cheese.
5. Press the cheese mixture onto the coated chicken, ensuring it's well adhered.
6. Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat.
7. Fry the chicken for about 5-7 minutes on each side or until golden brown and fully cooked.
8. Drain on paper towels and serve hot.
