Steps

1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. 2. Cut the potato into thin strips to resemble fries. 3. In a bowl, toss the potato strips with olive oil, minced garlic, grated parmesan, salt, and pepper until evenly coated. 4. Spread the fries in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet. 5. Bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the fries are golden and crispy. 6. Remove from the oven, garnish with fresh parsley, and serve hot.
