Steps
1. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
2. Add minced garlic and curry leaves, sauté until fragrant.
3. Add minced beef and cook until browned.
4. Stir in Sri Lankan curry powder, cinnamon, cloves, and salt.

6. Remove from heat and let it cool slightly.
7. Spoon the spiced beef mixture into butter lettuce leaves.
8. Garnish with chopped red chili and fresh coriander.
