Steps

1. Press the tofu to remove excess moisture and cut into small cubes. 2. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat and sauté tofu cubes until golden on all sides, about 5-7 minutes. 3. In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, sesame oil, and rice vinegar. 4. Place the cooked rice in a bowl. 5. Arrange the sautéed tofu, sliced avocado, and cucumber on top of the rice. 6. Drizzle the soy sauce mixture over the bowl. 7. Sprinkle sesame seeds, and season with salt and pepper to taste. 8. Serve immediately and enjoy your healthy rice bowl.
