Steps
1. Prepare gingerbread dough by mixing flour with ground ginger, cinnamon, butter, sugar, and egg mixed with ginger wheat liquor; knead until smooth.
2. Roll out dough 3-4mm thick and cut shapes for gingerbread man and house.
3. Bake shapes at 175°C (350°F) for 10-12 minutes until firm and golden; allow to cool.
4. Prepare agar jelly by bringing water and agar powder to a boil, simmer until fully dissolved.
5. Pour a thin layer of agar jelly into a round mold and chill until set.
6. Place gingerbread man, gingerbread house, soft candy stars, gummy bears, and bear cookies gently inside the mold onto the set agar layer.
7. Pour remaining agar jelly over the treats to fully encapsulate them; chill until fully set.
8. Remove jelly dome from mold carefully.
9. If sweetness from gingerbread is sufficient, decorate jelly surface with colored sugar-free royal icing; if not, lightly sweeten agar jelly before setting.
10. Serve chilled as a visually stunning and festive dessert centerpiece.
