Steps

1. Crack the eggs into a jug. 2. Add milk, salt, and pepper. 3. Whisk the eggs and milk vigorously using a fork or small whisk until fully combined. 4. Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and add butter or oil. 5. Pour the egg mixture from the jug into the pan. 6. Let the eggs sit for a few seconds, then gently stir with a spatula, pushing the eggs from edges to center. 7. Continue stirring occasionally until the eggs are softly set and slightly runny in places. 8. Remove from heat and serve immediately.
