1. In a bowl, combine lemon juice, minced garlic, olive oil, rosemary, thyme, salt, and pepper. 2. Place the chicken breast in the marinade, ensuring it is fully coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes. 3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. 4. Remove chicken from marinade and grill for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C). 5. Remove chicken from grill and let rest for 5 minutes. 6. Drizzle with a little extra olive oil before serving.
