Mediterranean Stuffed Grape Leaves with Tzatziki Sauce

Delight in these grape leaves filled with a flavorful blend of rice, pine nuts, and herbs, complemented by a side of creamy tzatziki sauce.

Steps

1. Prepare the grape leaves by blanching them in boiling water for 2 minutes, then draining and rinsing with cold water. 2. In a bowl, mix the rice, pine nuts, herbs, lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper. 3. Place a spoonful of the rice mixture onto each grape leaf and fold to enclose the filling. 4. Arrange the stuffed grape leaves in a pan, add some water, cover, and simmer for 30 minutes. 5. Serve the grape leaves with a dollop of tzatziki sauce on the side.

6-8 grape leaves, 1/4 cup rice, 2 tbsp pine nuts, 1/4 cup chopped fresh herbs (such as parsley, mint, dill), 1/2 lemon (juiced), 2 tbsp olive oil, Salt and pepper to taste, Tzatziki sauce for serving
