Molecular Spaghetti Carbonara

Steps

1. Cook the spaghetti according to the instructions on the packet. 2. In a bowl, whisk together the egg yolks, parmesan cheese, cream, butter, salt and pepper until combined. 3. Heat the olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the bacon and cook until crispy. 4. Add the cooked spaghetti to the pan and stir to combine. 5. Pour in the egg mixture and stir until the spaghetti is evenly coated. 6. Serve the spaghetti carbonara warm.
