Steps
Steps of Preparation:
1. Preheat oven to 180°C.
2. In a bowl, mix the rabbit mince, grated cheese, white wine, salt and pepper.
3. Shape mixture into 8 small croquettes.
4. Place the croquettes on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and brush with olive oil.
5. Bake for 20 minutes, turning the croquettes halfway through.
6. In a blender, add the mashed mango and melted chocolate. Blend until smooth.
7. Plate the croquettes and pour the sauce over them.
8. Serve and enjoy!
