Molecular garden veggie cake

A delicious combination of vegetables and molecular gastronomy, to create a flavorful and interesting main dish.

Steps

1. Preheat the oven to 375F (190C). 2. Cut bell peppers in half and remove the seeds. 3. In a bowl, add breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, olive oil, onion, carrot, celery, egg and garlic. 4. Mix until the vegetables are well combined. 5. Place the bell pepper halves on a baking dish and stuff them with the prepared mix. 6. Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown. 7. Serve warm.

-2 large yellow or red bell peppers -3 tablespoons of breadcrumbs -1/4 cup of grated Parmesan cheese -4 tablespoons of olive oil -4 tablespoons of diced onion -1/4 cup of diced carrot -2 tablespoons of diced celery -1 large egg -1 clove of garlic, minced -Salt and pepper to taste
