Steps

Steps of Preparation: 1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees. 2. Cut the tomatoes in half and place them on a baking sheet. 3. Drizzle the olive oil over the tomatoes and sprinkle with sugar, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, thyme, and basil. 4. Roast the tomatoes in the oven for 15 minutes. 5. Remove the tomatoes from the oven and let cool. 6. Place the roasted tomatoes, tomato paste, vegetable stock, heavy cream, and Parmesan cheese in a blender and blend until smooth. 7. Transfer the soup to a pot and cook over medium heat for 10 minutes. 8. Serve the soup warm.
