1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). 2. In a small bowl, mix together soy sauce, hoisin sauce, honey, rice vinegar, five-spice powder, sesame oil, salt, and pepper to create a glaze. 3. Place the salmon fillet on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, skin side down. 4. Brush the glaze generously over the salmon, reserving some for basting later. 5. Bake the salmon in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork. 6. Halfway through baking, baste the salmon with the reserved glaze. 7.
