Steps
1. Heat the vegetable oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat.
2. Add the minced garlic and ginger, sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
3. Add the sliced pork tenderloin and stir-fry until browned and cooked through, about 3-4 minutes.
4. Add the bell pepper and snap peas, stir-frying for another 2-3 minutes until the vegetables are tender but still crisp.
5. Pour in the soy sauce, tossing everything together to coat evenly. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
6. Sprinkle with sesame seeds before serving, if desired.
