Steps

  1. Heat the oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the cumin seeds and let them sizzle for a few seconds.

  4. Add the diced potato and cook for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  5. Add the chopped tomatoes and curry powder, mixing well. Season with salt.
  6. Pour in a splash of water, cover the pan, and let it simmer for about 15 minutes or until the potatoes are tender.
