Steps
1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. In a bowl, mix olive oil, minced garlic, rosemary, thyme, salt, and pepper.
3. Rub the herb mixture all over the rabbit leg, ensuring it's well coated.
4. In a baking dish, arrange the sliced carrot and diced zucchini at the bottom.
5. Place the rabbit leg on top of the vegetables.
6. Pour the chicken broth into the baking dish.
7. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 40 minutes.
8. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes to achieve a golden crust.
9. Serve hot with lemon wedges.
