Steps
1. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
2. Add chopped onions and sauté until golden brown.
3. Add chopped tomatoes and green chili. Cook until tomatoes are soft.
4. In a bowl, beat the eggs with turmeric powder, red chili powder, cumin powder, and salt.
5. Pour the beaten eggs into the pan and scramble them with the onions and tomatoes.
6. Cook until the eggs are fully cooked and scrambled.
7. Toast the bread slices lightly in a toaster or on a griddle.
8. Place a generous amount of the egg bhurji mixture on one slice of bread.
9. Cover with the other slice of bread to make a sandwich.
10. Cut the sandwich into halves or quarters.
11. Serve hot as a side dish or snack.
