
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking dish with parchment paper.
- Slice the banana into thin rounds.
- In a small saucepan, melt the butter over low heat.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the cereal and melted butter, tossing until well coated.
- Spread the cereal mixture evenly onto the prepared baking dish.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the cereal turns golden brown and crispy.
- Remove from the oven and let cool completely.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the chocolate chips in the microwave for 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until smooth and melted.
- Dip each banana slice halfway into the melted chocolate.
- Place the chocolate-dipped banana slices on a plate lined with parchment paper and let the chocolate set.
- In a serving bowl, pour the milk.
- Break the baked cereal into small pieces and sprinkle over the milk.
- Serve the chocolate-dipped banana slices on top of the cereal and enjoy!
