Steps
1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking dish with parchment paper.
2. Slice the banana into thin rounds.
3. In a small saucepan, melt the butter over low heat.
4. In a mixing bowl, combine the cereal and melted butter, tossing until well coated.
5. Spread the cereal mixture evenly onto the prepared baking dish.
6. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the cereal turns golden brown and crispy.
7. Remove from the oven and let cool completely.
8. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the chocolate chips in the microwave for 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until smooth and melted.
9. Dip each banana slice halfway into the melted chocolate.
10. Place the chocolate-dipped banana slices on a plate lined with parchment paper and let the chocolate set.
11. In a serving bowl, pour the milk.
12. Break the baked cereal into small pieces and sprinkle over the milk.
13. Serve the chocolate-dipped banana slices on top of the cereal and enjoy!
