Steps

1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside. 2. Season the chicken breast with salt and pepper. 3. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook the chicken breast until cooked through, about 5-7 minutes per side. Remove from the skillet and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing. 4. In the same skillet, add the diced tomato and cook for 2-3 minutes until slightly softened. 5. Stir in the ketchup and cook for another 2 minutes, until heated through. 6. Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss until well coated with the tomato-ketchup sauce. 7. Slice the cooked chicken breast and serve it on top of the pasta. 8. Garnish with fresh herbs if desired and enjoy!
