Steps

1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat. 2. Clean and rinse the octopus tentacle, removing any excess skin. 3. In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, salt, and pepper. 4. Brush the marinade onto the octopus tentacle, covering it evenly. 5. Place the marinated octopus on the preheated grill and cook for about 4-5 minutes per side, until charred and cooked through. 6. Remove the octopus from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes. 7. Slice the octopus tentacle into bite-sized pieces. 8. Serve the grilled octopus with additional lemon wedges and the remaining lemon garlic sauce on the side. 9. Enjoy!
