Spicy Corn Stir-Fry

A delicious and fiery Indian side dish made with sweet corn, onions, peppers, and tomatoes.

Steps

1. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. 2. Add cumin seeds and let them splutter. 3. Add sliced onion and sauté until translucent. 4. Add bell pepper and cook for 2-3 minutes. 5. Stir in corn kernels and cook for another 3-4 minutes. 6. Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt. Mix well. 7. Add diced tomatoes and cook until they soften. 8. Sprinkle garam masala and give it a final stir. 9. Garnish with fresh cilantro leaves. 10. Serve hot as a side dish with your favorite Indian meal.
